Every guest plays
No cast to hire, rehearse or schedule. Each guest gets a character, secrets and a checklist, and one trained host guides the room from first clue to final accusation.
Franchise opportunities
San Antonio’s guest-led murder mystery is looking for partners to take it to new cities. If you love a great night out and know your local venues, we’d like to talk.
Why this format
Most murder mystery shows depend on a cast of actors. Ours depends on the guests, which is what makes it simple to take to a new city.
No cast to hire, rehearse or schedule. Each guest gets a character, secrets and a checklist, and one trained host guides the room from first clue to final accusation.
Public shows run at restaurants, resorts and wineries that want a ticketed night their guests will talk about. Private parties go to the client’s home, office or venue.
Public ticketed shows, private parties for birthdays and holidays, and corporate team building, in person or virtual. One format, three audiences.
15+ themes, from a 1920s speakeasy to a Hill Country winery to a séance, licensed for public and private events, so there’s always a new case to sell.
Proven at home
Resorts, wineries and distilleries across the San Antonio area and the Hill Country already host our shows, and local media have covered them.

Event scale
From an intimate dinner party to a full ballroom, the same format and one host. Here’s the size of the completed events we’ve tracked since February 2024.
Final guest counts for 175 completed events, February 2024 – October 2026, from our event management system.
After the reveal
Every guest gets a feedback survey after the show. Here’s what it says about the format, and the hosts who run it.
The host carries the night
The host was in character and had great energy!
Easy for every guest
It was easy to follow the objectives and a fun event for all.
Even the shy ones play
I can be a bit of an introvert and shy but it pushed me out of my comfort zone enough to be enjoyable but not so much that I hated it.
First-timers come back
Our first time and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We will definitely be doing it again.
Guests bring new guests
It was so much fun! My friends and I are bringing our husbands next time
It fills public seats
Awesome time, very creative and great way to meet new people.

The partnership
Here’s how we picture working together. Full terms would be set out in our franchise documents.
Behind the scenes
Running a murder mystery is more than a script. These are the systems we use today to book, run and follow up every event. What’s included for partners would be set out in our franchise documents.
Host hub
Our own host app. Character pages, name tags, voting results and the post-event report, all pulled from the theme files and ready on show night.
Event management
Every booking, venue, client and host in one place, from first inquiry to show night, including host applications.
Website & calendar
A public show calendar with ticket links, plus booking pages for private parties and corporate events.
Story library
A page for every theme with its story, characters and content guide, so clients can choose their case.
Payments
Card and digital-wallet payments online through WooCommerce and Stripe.
Reviews & search
Google reviews pulled onto the site daily, plus SEO tools and FAQ pages built so search engines and AI assistants can find and quote you.
Marketing & automation
Google Analytics, the Meta pixel and visitor heatmaps to see what’s working, with Zapier connecting the systems so less is done by hand.
Built to scale
One host can run the whole room, so you can start by hosting yourself. Your market grows with the venues and events you book there.
Start as an owner-host. You run the events, so you don’t need to hire anyone until your calendar outgrows your own weekends.
When you’re booking more nights than you can host, bring on freelance hosts and train them on the same format.
Take on as many partner venues, private parties and corporate events as you can sell in your market. The format doesn’t cap how many nights you run.
Ideal partners
You don’t need a theater background. The format does the heavy lifting; you build the business around it.
